Rates advertised outside hotel were RM88 a night. I went in to book two rooms and was told the rate was RM145 a night.How can a Rate be advertised outside the Hotel then charged RM57 more at Reception
.I queried the Receptionist and she only had notes on pieces of paper to guide her what to charge due to the Rate being altered. I had no choice as it was late .We were given Rooms 201 -202. The hotel was basic and needed maintenance done on the rooms.The only power point for the electric jug was above the TV so the jug was put on the TV to boil -not safe. We were very pleased to leave the hotel next morning more.
