  14. I’m planning to take a travel from Singapore to KL either by bus or train. I’ll be with my wife and our 5-year old kid (plus big bags).

After learning from the internet, taking bus is not convenient, because we have to drop off and change the bus twice: 1) at Singapore exit immigration authorithy and 2) at Malaysian entrance immigration in Johor Baru.

How about the immigration checking in the train?

  15. Thanks. I’m glad I found out that they don’t stamp your passport when you enter Malaysia. Customs at KL Airport asked why I didn’t have an entry stamp and I told them I got the train from Singapore. The customs man nodded his head to suggest he has seen this many times before.
