Hi all,

I'm one of the victim in belowmentioned incident.

This is rather dissapointed, what are they trying to prove? Malaysia is full of DECEITFUL??? wat a negative impression given to tourist??!!!

From an initial departing time at 5pm, delaying until 7.45pm yet still we have to find a way to sneak up to the bus because of the person incharge was stopping us from boarding the bus even we are holding a bus ticket, HOW RIDICULOUS. we are not getting what we are paying. A RM50 ticket is suppose for a VIP bus with 24 seats and we end up taking a bus with 42 seats. This is not about MONEY but FAIRNESS and the right as a consumer.

The company does not even take any initiative too look into the frustration, the tiredness, the anger, the worries and fear on us. The boss, Apai - 0169109888, was obviously sleeping as i could not reach him on the phone when I tried to call him at 3am from Larkin.

Guess what, we were reaching Singapore at about after a series of nonsense and we are reporting to work in a couple hours later.

As a Press Media, I think this is your responsibility to releasse the news to the public to avoid such a ridiculous incident to happen again, it does really lead to unneccessary stress, physical and emotional ill.

This is really a night mare for us!!!!!

Please feel free to clarify further.

Frustrated,
Vannas Lee

am a tourist from Singapore and would like to make an official complaint. I bought tickets from Puturaya Bus Station counter 35 (Eskpress) for my trip back to Singapore for Sunday (27/12/09) 5pm (Bus no 9666), plAtform 22.The guy who sold me the tickets there told me that there was no problem getting on the bus back to Singapore and he gave us his mobile contact number just in case there was a problem.

On Sunday, my friends and I waited for the bus from 5pm to 7.45 pm. There were no bus. I called up the guy's mobile number and he told me the bus 9666 was no picking us up as the bus has left. I was so angry and i told him that i have been waiting since 5 pm and there was no such bus leaving. He told me to go up to the counter and ask the counter staff what happened..
I went up and ask her what happened and she told me that bus number 9666 is already downstairs, i went down again and again i saw no such bus. I called up that guy again and told him what happned , he told that there was 2 more bus numbers 5001 and 8613 will be coming to pick us up, we waited again for another hr, again no such bus came.. At about 7.45 pm, there was a bus but alot of confusion as there were many tourist like us been stranded since morning. We were able to board the bus, we were so happy. 10 mins to the journey and in the middle of the road, the ticketing officer in the bus said that the bus we were in cannot bring us back to Singapore.. He told us to disembark and said there was another bus coming to pick us up back to Singapore.. We waited for again 15 mins.. In my anger, i called up that guy and he told me to call his boss (Apai - 0169109888). I called and asked him what happened. We wanted our refund back of 50 Ringgit. he told us that he can only pay as back 10 Ringgit, if we do not accept the 10 ringgit and wanted the 50 ringgit, we were to leave the bus straight away.. Again, we boarded another bus.. the story doesn't end here...

At about 3 am, the bus driver stopped us at larkin and told us his bus again doesn't go back to Singapore... Can i know? KL is the capital of Malaysia, why is there such a thing happening.. I would like the authorities to give me an explaination straight away..

I would like to voice out my thoughts about an agent of Arwana Travel and Tours SDN. BHD.
The phone operator of that booth in pudu raya is. Rude. Lazy. AND definately UNfriendly. I called at about 6.00pm on the 3rd of November 2009 to enquire about the departure schedule from Kuala Lumpur to Lumut, instead of giving me the answer's, he said in malay " Saya tak tau. Saya tak mau buat (I dont know. I dont want to do it)" and hang out the line even before i could say anything.
I was stunned and shocked on how rude the operator was. Not only that, he is embarrassing Malaysian's reputation as a kind and polite comunity.

Avoid Selat Keris Express at all cost. Selling tickets to Singapore (at RM39.00) when their buses stopped at Larkin Johor (usual ticket price RM30-31). Daily robbery. Probably run by a bunch of criminals.

Do not buy from transtar counter K9 at puduraya. I got cheated that it is transtar bus, but in fact it was some random malaysian bus. She even cheated me 10rm each ticket that i bought. she upsell pointing to a very good picture, but in fact it was not the bus that was taking us. also, let me choose to leave at 11, or 11.30 or 12. bought 11pm.. but had to wait till 12.30 to fill the bus then leave. very disappointing ride from Kl to singapore. AM not visiting that booth ever again. dishonest sales people
