The bus driver didn't stop at midway point at Temerloh but stopped at Gambang instead (just an hours drive from Kuantan). 2. He was on his handphone several times while driving. It certainly put passengers' life at risk. After that he switched on the radio as if everyone is deaf. It was so loud that the speaker almost broke. Is cause so much discomfort. This is the first time I experienced such loudness from an inconsiderate driver. Don't think I would like to take Bulan Restu buses again for fear of undisciplined staff. I would suggest that to improve their revenue and profit, Bulan Restu should place a prominently displayed toll free line in their buses so that passengers can lodge a compliant against the driver.
