This 27-hole course with relatively short yardage (3,271, 2,881 and 3,021 metres) sprawls over an undulating terrain, close to the Senai International Airport and a 20-minute drive from Johor Bahru. The breathtaking landscape surrounded by native palm trees and a magnificent view of Gunung Pulai.
The fairways are narrow and challenging. Of the six par 3s, only two are under 150 metres in length from the blue tee. The signature holes are the third (187-metre par-three), with water on both sides of the green; par-four 24th, with a wide drain; par-five 14th, with a narrow fairway; par-four fourth, with a short dogleg right.
