I had an awful experience at the Heeren Hotel in Melaka. The hotel had bed bugs. Bed bugs are a more common problem than people are aware of - including the hotel owners themselves. I think there should be a campaign in Malaysia (and other countries) to infomm hotel owners about pest control, specifically bed bugs which are a growing problem around the world. Jake.
