Desaru Golf & Country Resort

Established in 1984 and relatively short at 6,043 metres par 72, this is Johor’s second oldest 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, renowned American golf course architect. The Desaru Golf & Country Resort offers golfers a rare opportunity of playing against the majestic backdrop of tropical greenery and the golf course comprises the Jungle Nine and the Beach Nine, aptly named according to the surrounding landscape. Although shorter, the latter course challenges golfers with seven holes that are either blind (out of sight) or much doglegged.
