Harbour Hong Kong Steamboat Restaurant in between OUG and Taman Desa has very good soup bases. They say its Hong Kong but its very Malaysian because the chilli sauce is very good. Ingredients are very fresh. (Just be careful as the owner Edward Goh is always drunk. Most of the clients are his own personal friends but as long as you don look at him and he dont come to your table, you are safe. If he come to you he may throw things. But as Joshua on Virtual Tourist says - choice is your one).
